We in Delhi are very proud about the upcoming common wealth games.Though delayed the preparation, we are eagerly looking into the excitement of hosting the foreign delegates from 72 participating nations.
Starngely our Municipal Corpoaration of Delhi is not aware of whats happening around after a dowpour on 12th evening of July let alone preparation for the CWG.The commissioner started blaming somebody who are not repsonsible and Delhi mayor is finding fault with some others who they really not related to rainy mess on Delhi roads!
A public service body like MCD is such a bullshit mess,they even paying 55000 employees who are not at all in the pay roll of the company.Even after finding the corruption of such a mass scale nothing improved.Recenetly the garbage disposal section of MCD are on strike without even knowledge of the top corrupt brass.
It is also strange that MCD is not directly controled by Sheila Dikshit goverment like Delhi Police.The pathetic state of affair will continue in this rainy season too by pushing Delhites as most sufferers.

North South Divide in Killing of youg couples!!
Disturbing trends are visible all over North Of India from the killings of young lovers from Rajastan,Haryana,Delhi and other Hindi heart land.Why family members are involved in the cruel action of killing their on brothers, sisters, sons or daughters who had involved in inter-cast/inter-gotra love affairs by neglecting warnings?
Here comes the role of an age old tradition of Khap killings by local panchayats.They implement what is good or bad as they think for the local people who are living in the panchayath whether it is affairs,pety thefts or violence due to other provocations like land dealing or dowry settlements.
In south same situation arises in different parts with almost all of family members opposing to the affair by giving stern warning or atmost locking up the young ones involved in the tangle.Here its is limited to this or beating up by male members like uncles or father in a mild way to deviate their minds or stop this type of relations.But not violent killing,which is forbiden and treated as a CRIME in that part.
The NCR honour killings as local press calls it rarely report to police or any FIR filed.It is a finished case of wiping the boy/girl once for all.No mercy involved for future compromise or debated for forgiveness.Which leaves a heavy silence and sad whispers inside the walls of both houses.
Look, god has created male and female in a way for them to love each other till death which comfortable for both.Later came into objections from other elements which are close to them or not at all related.This objections were not checked by any Indian Courts to punish the culprits in years.Also this type of killings were done everyday before the electronics new medias came into existence.Hence, this will continue till people involved are not governed by local panchayats or unwritten rules!!
Also it is very difficult to check such crimes by police because they too belongs to that rotten system.Thier members are deeply involved in guiding eleders to catch the couple when they are eloping.Only way out is a fast and promising update of the Indian Penals Code in which it is strictly describing the culprits be punished in a court of law faster manner than other litigation procedures. Till then god forgive cruel minds.
